This was my first role after leaving school and gave me a good grounding in the finance industry including general banking, overseas transactions, mortgage lending and nominee services for overseas investors who chose to invest in the Australian finance sector.

Unfortunately, because of size, there is workplace politics. Worked with Westpac for many years, enjoyed the culture and people.

Fast paced always changing team environment. Never a dull moment always something to do keeping you busy and focused. Open planned office with loads of benefits.

Fun place to work with goof training. Customer service roles always fun but challenging. Good bosses, great knowing you helped people at the end of the day and there was always good training and good products. Poor Management and training. Don't expect to know how to do the job, training is see a presentation and magically know everything and how to be good at the job, management do not know how to motivate or guide staff only chastise them for not hitting targets.

Was there for 2 years. Was not my ideal kind of role but was a nice place to work Had alot of responsibility in role. Was a means to an end at the time. General back ground work , deceased estates, helping branches, releasing direct credits-debits, tracing vouchers, management looks over your shoulder but is OK just do your work.

My be able to get on with people as usually a lot of staff in the one area. Had a great time during my employment at Peakbound for the westpac campaign.

I was given the opportunity to work with a great team in a lively environment and felt very valued as an employee. Corporate and professional workplace. Long-term employment in many roles with increased responsibility with each advancement.

We thoroughly enjoyed working at Barangaroo Avenue. I observed the productivity and fun at work has gradually improved and friendly colleagues who help you grow professionally.

Good enterprise experience and scope for career advancements. Good support from management. Supportive of work life balance. This was my first job at Melbourne, Tt was really good working with different types of people nationalities , culture,environment at work place.

Forwarding referrals to different business groups. My day consists of meeting people as a teller, or on the front desk. Cash handling jobs and I learnt a lot about banking and the best way to being the best bank. Always focused on customer service and putting the customers first. Good place to work at while at University. The job is magnificently interesting as you get to deal with money through cheque's.

I learnt that it is a long process for the banks imports and exports team and hard work is needed to satisfy the job requirement. The hardest part for me was not being able to work on the computers as I was there only there for one week as work experience, as i'm not professionalised in that area.

Agile office space with the ability to work from home. Focus on the customer and great employee support. Everyday was different either customers or team participation. Help was always there when needed.

While at Westpac my computer skills where improved by different programms accessed. Hardest part of the job would have to be unable to assist a customer over the phone and having them visit a branch.
