I purchased 3 other Bluetooth head sets at other locations. It's so frustrating talking on these devices when the other person keeps saying "what did you say, you're cutting in and out, can you say that again" argh. I did go to the Amazon website as you suggested and not only did they give me my item at a better price, they delivered it to me a little over an hour after I ordered it. I always feel sorry for this Best Buy. The staff are friendly but it often looks like a big storage unit with less shelving than any other location.

I looked at the camera area and they had a good selection of backpacks and other bags, but much of the equipment was in a cage. I never really find anything because things I would want seem to be hidden. I suppose I need to check the website first, order ahead, and pick up at this location. Second time here after Black Friday madness and employees seem to not want to help.

I was scanning through their accessory isle looking for a Samsung phone case, I kept going in circles only finding iPhone items. I asked an employer and pointed all over the store; Saying they are all scattered everywhere?? I wanted to tell him " Your a idiot" but I just walked away before Anyways they did have great deals!

Wanted to buy an iPad. I was helped by a man named Dillinger, he was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. That was until a couple came up and wanted to buy a Mac book which obviously cost more than an iPad. I had no problem with him helping the other couple while I made my decision. As I came to my decision I wanted the iPad mini 4 I waited, and waited But nope, he kept his full attention on the couple that wanted the Mac book.

He could have easily called for another associate to get the iPad for me and call it a day but nope I was left there waiting for what it seemed like forever, he walked away to show the other couple some accessories for the Mac book and that's when I decided eff this, I'll go to target.

Best Buy's price match guarantee is great. I went in to Best Buy prepared with the information and it was a no hassle deal. The sales associate had to get a manager to override the transaction.

And the worst part was they were going to send my phone out for service and send me a new one once they received it. I might as well put a bought at Best Buy sticker on our home as most of our appliances, entertainment and electronics are from there.

I even purchased my first laptop from this store. They have a great support group with Geek Squad and they have a great customer support desk. They install and deliver anything that you need them to. Also they price match with any other major stores they check for you to find the best deal. Whether you are an apple fan or an android user they have a great selection of mobile devices and accessories. Finally, as an audiophile, this is where I go for personal and home audio equipment.

For gamers, they have what you want. And the ability to try stuff out. It's kinda fun to just watch kids rock the games there. Customer Service does not know what they're doing I asked the lady to price match for me and I know for a fact that it can be done because I had it done just earlier that same day, I've been on the phone for almost 17 minutes trying to report her because she for sure did not know what she was doing didn't even bother to help me thought I was some kind of idiot because she didn't even take any kind of information down she just typed some random things down in the computer and told me it didn't let her and I'm still on hold as I'm typing this review if you don't know what to do at least get someone who does this was an older Hispanic lady and as soon as I get a hold of a manager I'm going to report her for.

As customer service there's no excuse to not even bother trying. Bought a TV here on the 7th, I asked about price match for superbowl sales. I was informed by the sales person they will honor price match. However I went for a price match on the 31st and I was told they have a 15 day price match and return policy. I'll be shopping somewhere else in the future. We went up to ask one if he was busy because we wanted help turning the TV on. He replied with "kinda", went and turned the TV on, then left to continue chatting about nothing important.

Didnt ask us if we needed anything else or cared to tell us about the TV so I had to pull my phone out and do my own research. Terrible customer service from them. There was one boy with curly hair who seemed to be scrambling to help everyone because the others are lazy.

Dude with the bowl cut looking hair needs to be fired or better trained, along with the other 2 men. I purchased a car stereo there and made an appointment to have the stereo installed. I arrived 10 min. The man who was supposed to install the stereo wasn't there, even 30 min after my appointed time!

I immediately returned the stereo and will take my business elsewhere!

If you have questions about electronics, save yourself the time and go somewhere else, or make sure you research and are well informed of the products sold here. Went in for a new printer, looked at some and had some questions. I waited around for a bit, and the two guys in the apple section never acknowledged me.

So I walk over to the other side by the HP laptops, and one guy says we'll be right with you, so I thought "finally! Sure enough, one of the guys goes and helps another lady, whom came in after me, and I continued to wait. Another guy comes back from break or something and goes to help someone else, as I've already been waiting.

The delivery did not come, not even a courtesy call to tell us the delivery will not be coming. Calling in multiple times to ask for an update only results in voice mail.
