I'm thinking of returning an open box laptop back to Best Buy backlit keyboard is simply not working It's only been 3 days, so I'm well within the 15 day window for returns. But I'm wodering if they charge a restocking fee for an open box item. I know they charge for new items which makes sense, since it devalues once it's been opened.
